Join The Trade Council of Denmark in North America, Rambøll, and KK Groupfor an evening of networking and discussion on powering data centers at the speed of AI.
Wednesday, March 25 | 5:30–8:30 PM
The Westin Oaks Houston - La Vista Ballroom, Floor 21
5011 Westheimer @ Post Oak, Houston, TX 77056
Rapid growth in AI and electrification is driving unprecedented electricity demand.
The U.S. Department of Energy estimates that demand could rise by 15–20% over the next decade and potentially double by 2050, with data centers playing a major role.
Denmark offers a relevant case study: how a power system with very high shares of variable renewables can remain reliable - even as large data centers become a significant share of national demand.
Our panel with representatives from Ramboll, KK Group, CAISO, ERCOT, and CenterPoint Energy will explore how utilities, developers, and policymakers can respond. The panel will compare three practical pathways and discuss the trade-offs involved, outlining realistic short-, medium-, and long-term strategies.
The event is free, but registration is required via this link.
Complimentary parking is available in the Blue or Orange Garage at The Galleria.
Valet parking is also available for $34 (self-paid).
