Lone Star Legal Search has been exclusively retained to find a bilingual Senior Litigation Attorney for a highly regarded personal injury law firm. The firm is looking for an experienced attorney with a strong background in personal injury litigation matters.

This role can be based in College Station, Lubbock, or Midland, Texas. The firm offers an attractive compensation and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a docket of personal injury cases

 Communicating with clients and opposing counsel • Conducting case strategy and written discovery

• Taking and defending depositions

• Preparing for and conducting trials

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas State Bar and in good standing
• At least 8 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Excellent negotiation and trial skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
